Mu Ta K Paw Garden offers a wide variety of greens, herbs, and flowers, providing fresh, high-quality produce directly to our customers. In addition to our year-round CSA program, we specialize in cultivating Asian greens that thrive in North Carolina's climate, alongside a variety of traditional local produce.

 

To extend our growing season, we grow tropical crops in our greenhouses, ensuring a consistent supply of fresh produce throughout the year. We also practice intercropping to make the most of our limited growing space.

 

We are committed to sustainable and eco-friendly farming practices. We avoid using heavy machinery and instead rely on efficient small tools. Our methods focus on chemical-free cultivation, employing cover cropping to enhance soil fertility, mulching to retain moisture, and drip irrigation for effective water management.
